I do hope everyone has got through this incredibly wet spell okay and all our tamariki are excited to be coming back to school on Tuesday. The good news is our school grounds and buildings came through the ‘atmospheric river’ event beautifully and our staff have been hard at work these past few days getting everything ready for the return of classes. This year we are starting with a very strong roll of more than 200. This is the largest roll in some years and we are delighted to have so many whānau return, and new ones join us. There are several wonderful projects underway to add to the amenities of the school, such as a huge canopy for the courtyard and a new playground. We look forward to seeing all your happy faces around the school next week!
